Seed Production farms in Farooj (North Khorasan)

The seed production farms of Razavi Seed and Seedling Institute are located in North Khorasan province, between the cities of Qochan and Faruj. These farms, which are known as Razavi farms, with a total area of ​​579 hectares, include the main production center of this complex. Razavi Seed Farms 1 located in Mafranqah, Razavi Farms 2 located in Mohni and Razavi Farms 3 located in Abuzar, which are under the management of Razavi Seed and Seedling Institute.

Every year, many research and production projects are implemented in these farms, and the main products from this farm are the production of grain seeds, including different varieties of corn, wheat, barley, triticale, and oilseeds such as rapeseed and other plants such as potatoes. peas and so on. This collection includes farm management unit, warehouse, motor wells and controlled lands.

In the production of hybrid corn seeds, which is one of the main goals of the collection, this institute is implementing numerous production and research projects in cooperation with scientific, knowledge-based and commercial centers.
