Seed quality control laboratory

With the establishment of a specialized seed laboratory, a field has been provided for part of the university's study and research activities to be carried out within the seed and seedling complex, and it is possible for students to participate in conducting part of the research and thesis, which is also a matter of science sharing. Day and knowledge management of the collection has helped a lot. In addition, Razavi Seed and Seedling Laboratory, which is equipped with all the devices needed to measure seed quality, is ready to provide laboratory services to all applicants inside and outside the organization.

The possibility of seed embryo cultivation

This laboratory was established in Janbaz Street in order to measure the quality of products produced through specialized seed tests and to conduct further research in order to produce better products. From the beginning, it has been tried to provide the necessary infrastructure to achieve the goals of the institute in the field of seed production by purchasing suitable devices and tools, and in this regard, now, by equipping the laboratory, it is possible to perform all tests related to seeds. Cultivation of seed embryos is one of the activities that can be done in this laboratory, and in addition, there is currently the possibility of seed coating and many other activities inside the complex.

Agricultural employment creation

With the construction of this laboratory, the possibility of cooperation with private and government scientific, industrial and commercial centers as well as job creation for experts has been provided, and it is expected that with the development of the laboratories, these cooperations will also expand significantly.
