Subject of the main activity of the company according to the last registered advertisement on 08/13/2018 according to paragraph 2 of the articles of association is:

  Collecting and maintaining indigenous plant population as well as domestic and foreign geotypes and cultivars to provide genetic resources in seed bank collections, vegetative materials and mother gardens, reproduction, production and sale of healthy, original and quality seeds and vegetative materials, including breeding, production, processing, packaging, storage, quality assurance, marketing, and related studies, sales and after-sales services, as well as technology transfer and localization. Propagation, production and sale of modified and high-yielding seedlings of fruitful trees through the propagation of vegetative and seed bases, propagation, production and sale of modified seedlings of non-productive commercial trees and shrubs, propagation, production and sale of vegetable seedlings, ornamental plants , pharmaceutical and agricultural, creation of industries related to reproduction, production, packaging and sale of seeds and seedlings and vegetative materials, creation and development of units for determining the quality and health of seeds, seedlings and reproducible vegetative materials based on national and international standards, creation and development Propagation, production and research units including laboratory, greenhouse, production and seedling vaults and nurseries, processing and packaging halls, warehouse and cold storage, allocating part of the profit from the economic activity of the institution to the development of the subject of that contract in order to expand the activities production and economic in the form of cooperative models, creating a specialized business unit according to the field of activity of the institution, entering into contracts with natural and legal persons, obtaining loans and facilities from public and private banks and financial and credit institutions after obtaining the necessary permits.
